Delivery & Return Policy

At Pearl Coaching Center, we are committed to providing quality educational products and services. This Delivery & Return Policy explains how we process and deliver orders, as well as the conditions under which returns may be accepted.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery of Physical Study Materials

  • We deliver printed books, notes, question banks, and other study materials across India.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • A tracking ID will be shared, where available, after the order is dispatched.

Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital study materials, online courses, recorded classes, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically.

  • Access is generally provided within 24 hours of successful payment through email, WhatsApp, or the student portal.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is incomplete due to our error.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share your Order ID, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products after access has been provided.

  • Printed study materials that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

Replacement

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution, depending on product availability.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Pearl Coaching Center is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
